EviEM’s systematic review course

In February, British researchers held an overview course in systematic reviews in the environmental sector. This working method is used by the Mistra Council for Evidence-Based Environmental Management (EviEM) to develop scientifically based documentation for decisions in Swedish environmental management.

Joint international handbook for environmental reviews

Systematic environmental research reviews are helping to improve the basis for decision-makers in the environmental sphere. Mistra EviEM reviews issues of relevance to Sweden’s environment. Collaboration with British researchers is now beginning, to update and develop international guidelines for environmental reviews of this type.

Mistra EviEM presented in the Public Service Review: European Science and Technology

In Sweden, an initiative has now been taken to improve the basis for environmental decision-making. The Mistra Council for Evidence-Based Environmental Management (EviEM), set up in January 2012, has been tasked with conducting systematic reviews of different environmental issues.  Mistra EviEM is presented in the 16th edition of Public Service Review: European Science and Technology.
